The Dartmoor is 7.40 × 2.55 m on the ground, with 14.93 m² downstairs and two sleeping lofts of 5.62 and 4.97 m² either side of a double-height kitchen. Four FAKRO roof windows and a large fixed end window keep it full of light.

A kiln-dried pine frame with PIR insulation in the floor, walls and roof, a pine façade finished in Remmers HK-Lasur and a standing-seam steel roof. It is built in the factory, delivered in one piece (4460 kg) and meets the caravan definition of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 — one unit with a highest internal ceiling of 3.03 m.
